For Builders. Karen's post-construction clean-up service leaves your new home sparkling clean and ready for buyers to see. Builder services include a pre-cleaning to prepare for finishers to do painting, caulking, etc. and a final cleaning once all workers are finished.

Standard Builder Cleaning Services Include:

• Remove all trash, debris, and protective plastic coverings inside the house
• Wash all surfaces
• Vacuum and/or Sweep/Mop all floors
• Windex all mirrors and glass doors
• Through cleaning of sink areas, tubs, showers, and toilets
• Remove any plastic film and clean outside of all kitchen appliances including microwave, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher
• Dust ceiling fans and fixtures
• Wipe baseboards
• Clean window frames and sliding glass doors
• Wash all windows including removing excess sealant
• Scrape excess plaster from dryer vent and hot/cold water spigots
• Vacuum loose dirt from fireplace
• Clean stairs and banisters
